Order Verification
After placing your order, you may receive an SMS or email verification link. Click the link to verify your order. If the link doesn’t work, contact our customer care via email or WhatsApp at thebodymise@gmail.com / +92-300-8899372.
Return & Refund Options
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is:

Unopened and sealed

In its original packaging with tags

Accompanied by proof of purchase
If your product is opened and you are not satisfied, contact us at thebodymise@gmail.com and our team will guide you.
Return Options:
Option 1 – Drop Off
Return your product to the address given by our CSR:
Once we receive your products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Option 2 – Pickup Service
Our courier partner can collect the product from your address. A Rs 250/- courier fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded to your original payment method.
Important: If you suspect tampering or damage, keep the original product and packaging, and we’ll provide instructions for safe return.
Products Purchased from Other Stores

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, return your original item first, then place a new order.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and approving the return. Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at thebodymise@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
